Odisha Govt opens control room to monitor COVID-19 lockdown

Bhubaneswar: Intensifying its efforts to tackle the spread of COVID-19 in the state, the Odisha Government today opened a control room to monitor issues regarding implementation of lockdown in the state.

The control room will operate from the Home Department round-the-clock with effect from today. Issues faced by Odias stuck in various parts of country due to the nationwide lockdown can also be raised with the control room.

People can reach out to control room by dialing 0674-2392115/9438915986. Inspector General of Police (Operations)  Amitabh Thakur will supervise functioning of control room.
