Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has decided to set up four commercial courts at Cuttack Sadar, Bhubaneswar, Berhampur and Sambalpur, a notification of the Law Department said today.

The commercial courts will have extent of local limits of jurisdiction as mentioned below:

* Cuttack Sadar- Cuttack, Angul, Dhenkanal, and Jajpur.

* Bhubaneswar- Khurda.

* Berhampur: Ganjam, Kandhamal, Boudh and Gajapati.

* Sambalpur: Sambalpur, Bargarh, Deogarh and Jharsuguda.

The State Government took a decision in this regard on the recommendation of and after consultation with the High Court of Orissa.
