The Orissa High Court will remain closed for Durga Puja vacation to reopen on October 17, said a notice issued by the Court’s Registry today.

However, a vacation bench comprising of Justices S K Mishra and Shatrughan Pujahari will conduct the hearing of cases of urgent nature on October 14, the notice added.
The notice further said that the High Court’s office will remain open on October 13 and 14 from 11 AM to 3 PM during the vacation period.
Cases of urgent nature can be filed on these working days from 11 AM till 12 noon, it added.
