The Court has also directed the ASI to apprise it on when the repair work of the Jagamohana will be completed.

The Court has asked the ASI to submit the affidavit with complete details on Thursday.

It has further directed the ASI to state in the affidavit whether the design of the repair work has the approval of the ASI Director General.

“Since there is no semblance in the facts stated in the affidavits earlier filed by the ASI, the Court in its directions has sought complete details of work completed and what has been approved through an affidavit on Thursday when the case would come up for hearing,” stated petitioner, senior lawyer Ashok Kumar Mohapatra while speaking to reporters.

Notably, the High Court appointed N K Mohanty committee in its report has stated that repair work of not even a single pillar out of the four pillars of the Jagamohana has been completed.
