Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government today increased the ex-gratia for its employees in the case of death while being on duty from Rs 4 lakh to Rs 10 lakh.

Similarly, the ex-gratia for permanent disability due to injury has been hiked from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 5 lakh and the same for partial disability has been raised from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 2 lakh.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has approved the proposal in this regard.
