Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup: IND vs RSA today

Bhubaneswar: A day after World witnessed Odisha’s organisational strength to host Men’s Hockey World Cup 2018, four teams of Pool C have begun playing on the first day of the event to clinch the next level.

While Belgium (BEL) met Canada (CAN) at 5.00 pm at Kalinga Stadium, Team India (IND) will have a clash with South Africa (RSA) at 7.00 pm.

After 1975, India is looking forward to repeat the history to be the World Champion with winning the World Cup in Hockey this time.

Notably, India is ranked fourth in World Hockey ranking and South Africa is at 15th rank.

A day after an outstanding performance by Bollywood legendary stars on eve of Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup at the opening ceremony on Tuesday, all the 16 teams are ready to compete with each other in league matches.
