Odisha Hockey WC: AR Rahman arrives in Bhubaneswar; meets CM Naveen

Bhubaneswar: Music maestro AR Rahman, who will perform at the opening ceremony of the Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup-2018 on November 27, arrived in the State Capital here today.

After receiving a rousing welcome at the Biju Patnaik International Airport here, the musical legend visited Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at his residence today.

The singer discussed with the CM about his performance at the inaugural event of the world cup and also took selfie with him. Rahman will return to Mumbai today and again come to the State Capital on November 27 morning.

The Oscar-winning music composer will also perform at Hockey World Cup celebration scheduled at Barabati stadium in Cuttack on November 28.
