Odisha HSC exams: Valuation of papers to begin from Mar 17

The valuation of answer sheets of the annual High School Certificate (HSC) examinations would begin at 66 centres in Odisha from March 17.

“Evaluation of answer sheets of Regular, ex-Regular (New) and Madhyama (Sanskrit Tol) would be held at 64 centres while ex-Regular (Old) papers would be evaluated at two centres. However, e-evaluation of OMR sheets would be held secretly at a computer firm”, said president of Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Prof Dakshya Prasad Nanda.

He said while answer sheets of the first three days have been sent to the valuation centres, the remaining answer sheets of the last three days would be sent after the examinations are concluded.

The examinations, which began on February 23 would conclude on March 9.
