Odisha HSC results declared

Odisha annual High School Certificate (HSC) examinations 2016 results were declared  by School and Mass Education minister Debi Prasad Mishra, today.

The  results were released in a press conference by School and Mass Education minister Debi Prasad Mishra in the presence of  Board of Secondary Education (BSE) president Prof Dakshya Prasad Nanda and the secretary, School and Mass Education, Ranjana Chopra.

The success rate of regular students is 85.2%, while the overall success rate is highest in Balasore district at 92.90 %.

Students in 715 schools have achieved 100 per results while 21 schools in the state have recorded zero results.

The number of girl students who have cleared the exams at 2,46,240 are higher as compared to 2,43,482 boys who have passed the HSC board exams.

Notably, 33.97% students have passed with A1, A2, B1, B2 grades while 1,19,124 students have secured C grade, and rest 1,28,764 students have passed with D grade.

The matriculation results are available online on two websites at 10:00 AM on http://www.bseodisha.nic.in/ and http://www.indiaresult.com/ .

The student can avail their results as well as mark sheet on the website itself.

Besides, the students can also know their results through SMS to ORI10 space Roll Number and send it to number 58888.

Students unhappy with their marks can apply for re-addition by applying online from May 2 to May 11 on the website http://www.indiaresult.com/.

Notably, a record 6, 01,348 students have appeared the HSC examinations this year.
