Odisha: IAF officer accused of raping minor surrenders
Bhubaneswar: An official of the Indian Air Force (IAF) has surrendered in a POCSO court in Odisha capital here in connection with the rape of a minor girl.
KV Srinivas, a Group Captain of Indian Air Force, has surrendered in the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) court in connection with the rape of a 13-year-old girl in the city here.

A complaint regarding the incident had been lodged by the victim’s family at Laxmisagar police station around four months ago, sources said.
The police had registered a case in this regard on June 28. The Air Force official was on the run since the incident, sources added.
