Odisha man critical after mobile explodes in trousers pocket

Kendrapara: A motorist in Odisha’s Kendrapara district sustained critical burn injuries after his mobile phone exploded while he was riding a two-wheeler.

The injured identified as Chandramani Sethi was moving on his vehicle when the mobile phone in his trousers pocket exploded at Mahadevpatna under Aul police limits in the district. The youth in his 20s sustained injuries on his thigh.

A critically injured Sethi was admitted to District Headquarters Hospital (DHH).
