Dhenkanal: A man fell into a caved in portion of a bridge along with a motorcycle at Alatuma in Kamakhyanagar area of Odisha's Dhenkanal district today.

According to reports, Lipun Nayak of Galu village was heading towards Kamakhyanagar on a motorcycle this morning around 5 am, during which he and the two-wheeler fell into the damaged portion of the bridge over the river.

Lipun sustained minor injuries in the mishap while the vehicle was severely damaged. Following the incident, workers of a construction company that has undertaken the NH-53 expansion work filled the bridge's caved in portion with soil and cordoned it off.
