Odisha man’s torture drives three daughters to attempt suicide
Rourkela: Three siblings allegedly attempted suicide by consuming phenyl in Patalakanda village under Biramitrapur police limits in Sundergarh district today.
According to reports, the three sisters tried to end their lives after being unable to bear the torment from their father.

The incident occurred at around 3 pm. After hearing the three sisters crying, neighbours went to the trio’s home and rescued them in critical condition. Later the three girls were rushed to the Rourkela Government Hospital for treatment.
Hospital sources said conditions of the three sisters are stable now.
Worth mentioning, a few years back mother of the three sisters left home because of the harassment done by their father.
