Odisha Matric exam admit cards to be available from Feb 6

Cuttack: Admit cards of students for the annual matric examinations conducted by the Odisha Board of Secondary Education will be available from February 6, an official of the board said today.

The admit cards will be downloadable from board’s website www.bscodisha.ac.in after inputting respective login IDs and passwords.

As many as 5,60,891 students have been enrolled for the examinations scheduled to be held from February 19 at 2888 centres across the state.

While CCTV cameras will be installed at 1000 sensitive exam centres, 307 nodal centres with 24×7 surveillance will be set up for safekeeping of question papers. This apart, a 3-tier squad will be formed to check malpractice, sources said.

Here’s the schedule of the examinations:

February 19: Odia.

February 22: English.

February 24: Third Language (Hindi/Sanskrit).

February 26: Mathematics.

February 28: General Science.

March 2: Social Science.

While the examinations will be held from 10 am to 12.30 pm on the scheduled days, an extra time of 15 minutes will be alloted to the students for Mathematics.
