Odisha Matric Exam results out; pass percentage 90.55 %

Bhubaneswar: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha today declared results of annual Matric Examination-2022.

The pass percentage stood at 90.55 % as total 5, 17,847 students have cleared the exam.

Announcing the results, School and Mass Education Minister Samir Dash said over 5,71,909 lakh students from 8,925 schools had filled the forms, while 5,26,818 had appeared for the Board exam.

Like previous year, girls have outshined boys with pass percentage of 92.37 % as against 88.77 of boys. Total 1,170 schools have scored cent percent results while three schools–two in Malkangiri and one in Angul district- recorded nil results, the Minister informed.

While  8,119 students have secured A1 grade and 54,889 received A2 grade, 1,20,312 B1 and 1,42,599 B2 .

The results will be available on the official websites- www.bseodisha.ac.in and  www.orissaresults.nic.in. Student can also check the results through SMS by sending ‘OR10 followed by a space and Roll Number’ to 5676750.

The Board exam was held on offline mode this year, after a gap of one year. Last year, the exam was held online due to COVID-19 pandemic.
