Bhubaneswar: The results of annual Matric Board Examination will be out by June last week, informed State School & Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash today.
The evaluation process to award the marks to Class-X students without examination is underway and the results will be announced at the scheduled time, the Minister said.
The State Government had cancelled the High School Certificate (HSC) Examination-2021 conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) due to upsurge in COVID cases in second wave of the pandemic. The exam was scheduled to be held on May 3, 2021.
The results will be prepared on the basis of an objective criterion developed by the BSE.
“Any candidate, who will not be satisfied with marks awarded to him/her on this basis, will be given an opportunity to sit in an examination as and when the conditions are conducive to hold the examination,” the Minister had told earlier.
