Odisha Matric exam results to be declared soon

Bhubaneswar: In order to ensure the lockdown does not disrupt the academic session in Odisha, Minister of School & Mass Education, Samir Dash today declared the results of Matric examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) will be announced within 45 days from the commencement of evaluation of answer sheets.

Speaking to mediapersons, the Minister further said the number of evaluation centres will be increased to make sure the social distancing norm is followed by teachers engaged in evaluation duty.

Meanwhile, the BSE requested Twin City Police Commissioner Sudhanshu Sarangi to give necessary permission for transportation of classes 9 & 10 text books to various zonal offices that will soon open counters to sell text books in the assigned areas.
