Bhubaneswar: Board Examinations of Class 10 and 12 students in Odisha will be held in the current academic year after conduct of classes for at least three months, informed School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash today.
Speaking to mediapersons here, the Minister said, “there might be delay but both the Matric and Plus-II annual examinations will be held in this academic year. After holding of classes for a minimum of three months, arrangements will be held for both the exams.”
However, if the Centre decides not to conduct both the board exams, Odisha Government may also follow the same, he added.
The Minister further said discussion will be held on arrangements to be made for reopening of schools for Class 10 and 12 students after December 31.
