Bhubaneswar: Pipili MLA and BJD leader Pradeep Maharathy, who had tested positive for COVID-19, has been put on ventilator as his condition reportedly turned critical.

The legislator, who is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar, has been kept under observation by doctors.

Maharathy had tested positive for COVID-19 on September 14.
