Bhubaneswar: In view of COVID-19 pandemic and flood situation across the State, Odisha - Mo Parivar has decided to provide logistical assistance to JEE(Main) candidates to have hassle free attendance at examination centres.
In collaboration with all stakeholders including students, State Government and nodal officers, ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD)'s non-political outfit will help the examinees in a seamless manner by engaging its volunteers and members for the high stake examination, scheduled from September 1 to 6.
"Our representatives are actively in close touch with the district administration and are trying to resolve all logistical issues of the candidates travelling to their specified examination centres," stated Arup Patnaik, the Convener of Odisha - Mo Parivar.
Also, the organisation has set up a help desk where the volunteers will be stationed for all the six days from 7.00 am till 6.30 pm evening to assist the candidates.
The essential items including sanitizers, water bottles and biscuit packets will also be made available to the candidates as well as their relatives near the examination venue.
Odisha - Mo Parivar has assigned key persons of the organisation to provide assistance to the JEE candidates in 7 major towns.

Worth mentioning, Odisha - Mo Parivar is a non-political initiative launched by BJD Supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in October last year. The organisation was set up with an aim at protecting environment, encourage blood donation and welfare of Odia people in distress.
