Earlier, the Board of Secondary Education President Ramashis Hazra said marks were awarded to the Class 10 students on basis of their score in two exams and performance during Class 7, 8, 9 and 10.
But students in different parts of the State expressed their happiness over the alternate assessment method and marks awarded to them.
