Odisha: OSSC notifies regarding conduct of Main Written Examination-2022 for the post of Civil JE; details here

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) is to conduct the Main Written Examination for the post of JE (Civil) of Combined Technical Services Recruitment Examination-2022 on September 3 through OMR mode, a notification issued today by OSSC in this regard mentioned.

“Pursuant to Advertisement No-6506/ OSSC, dated 02.11.2022 and in continuation to Notice No-198(C)/ OSSC, dated 23.07.2023, it is informed to all concerned that the Main Written Examination for recruitment to the post of J.E. (Civil) shall be conducted only at Bhubaneswar on 03.09.2023 as per the following programme,” the OSSC notification read.

Programme details:

Candidates concerned are advised to download their Admission Letter in the link provided on the Home page (under the ‘What’s New’ link) of the website of the Commission www.ossc.gov.in from August 28 onwards by using their User ID and Password to appear for the examination. Candidates are also advised to visit the website of the Commission regularly to know updates in this regard.

PwD candidates who have opted for taking assistance of a scribe in the Online Application form may apply in the prescribed format along with the Admission Letter and required documents and send the same only through e-mail to [email protected] by August 31. They should refer to the Advisory Notice published vide No-3453/ OSSC, dated 24.10.2019 available on the Commission’s website.

“No other mode of communication will be entertained in this regard and any e-mail received after 31.08.2023 shall not be entertained. Under no circumstances, a PwD candidate shall be allowed to use Scribe in the examination without taking prior permission from the Commission,” the OSSC notification clarified.
