The BJD has alleged before the Commission that the BJP has been roping in its leaders from neighbouring Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh to garner votes. +
The BJD demanded that the saffron party submit details of the money spent for these leaders with the Commission.
The party through a memorandum urged the Commissioner for a formal inquiry into BJP secretly bringing in hundreds of its leaders from neighbouring states without the knowledge of the Commission.
