Odisha plans amenity centres at tourist destinations

The state government would open as many as 45 tourist amenity centres across Odisha for the convenience of visitors.

In the first phase, such centres would be opened at Khandadhar in Sundargarh, Kapilash in Dhenkanal, Daringbadi in Kandhamal and Lalitgiri in Jajpur district.

The centres would have the capacity to park around 25 cars and three buses. Besides this, cafeteria, drinking water facility, convenience store, snacks bar and lavatory facility will be made at these centres.

Furthermore, ATM kiosk, trauma centre, ambulance facility, children park, wi-fi facility will also be available for the convenience of guests.
