Odisha Plus II Exam evaluation from June 2

Bhubaneswar: The evaluation of answer sheets for the annual Plus II Examination-2022 will commence from June 2, informed the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) today.

According to CHSE, Odisha sources, the evaluation of Plus II Examination answer papers will be made in two phases; one phase will start from June 2 to 12 and the second phase will be from June 13 to 22.

As per the schedule, the papers completed in first phase of examination will be evaluated first. The evaluation of rest of the papers will be conducted after completion of the examination. The evaluation will be completed within 24 to 26 days.

The CHSE is planning to announce the results of examination in all streams — Arts, Science, Commerce and Vocational courses — in first week of July, source said.

Like every year, the papers of all the subjects in Science and Commerce streams will be evaluated online at more than 37 centres in four zones of the CHSE — Berhampur, Sambalpur, Baripada and Central. The offline evaluation for the papers in Arts and Vocational courses will be conducted at 64 centres.

More than 12,000 teachers will be engaged in evaluation of answer sheets amid tight security. The closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras will be installed at all evaluation centres for transparency in evaluation.

The annual Plus II Examination conducted by CHSE for the year 2022 began from April 28. It is scheduled to be completed on May 31.
