Odisha Plus II Exam results to be out by August 3rd week

Bhubaneswar: The results of annual Plus II Examinations conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) will be declared by 3rd week of August, informed School & Mass Education (S&ME) Minister Samir Ranjan Dash today.

While the results of examinations in Science and Commerce streams will be out by third week of August, the result in Arts stream will be announced by end of August, he said.

The evaluation process was delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic. The teachers assigned to carryout evaluation of answer sheets faced complications in discharging their duty due to shutdown in 20 districts.

In this regard, the S&ME Department had written to the Chief Secretary to ensure evaluation to be conducted properly without obstruction so that the results can be declared as early as possible.

Meanwhile, the Minister announced the date for result of annual Matriculation Examination conducted by Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha.

As per the decision by the BSE, the result will be declared on July 29.
