Odisha Plus Two exams begin amid tight security

Bhubaneswar, Mar 6:

The annual Plus Two examinations conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) commenced today amid tight security.

The examinations began at 10 am. Total 3,80,707 students of 1,504 colleges in science, arts and commerce streams are appearing the examinations at 1,106 centres.

The CCTV cameras have been installed at the examination centres for monitoring the exams.

A three-tier squad has been formed to curb the malpractice at the exam centres. Arrangement has been made to keep the question papers in 202 hubs of different districts amid tight security.

The collectors and SPs have been directed for smooth management of the examinations across the state. The exams will conclude on March 28.
