Yesterday, Srinagar Mayor Junaid Azim Mattu had urged everyone to make Kashmiris “feel safe and protected” after reports of targeted violence against Kashmiris in the country.
Targeted violence against Kashmiris in various parts of the country only helps the perpetrators of terror and division. Kashmiris have rendered innumerable sacrifices fighting terrorism and violence. Reach out – make them feel safe and protected. The Mayor’s appeal. Pls RT pic.twitter.com/DK4C3iqYZP

Thousands of Kashmiris have laid down their lives fighting the scourge of violence, terror. To target and harass innocent Kashmiris outside Kashmir is a great disservice to the spirit of their sacrifices. These acts help the perpetrators of such attacks. Appeal for sanity, peace!
