An average of 27 percent polling was recorded in the second phase of polls in Odisha by noon today.

Sources in the office of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) said Angul district had the highest polling percentage of 36 percent while the lowest polling was reported in Khordha district with 18 percent.
