Odisha Raj Bhavan garden to open for public from Jan 8

Bhubaneswar: Good news for flower lovers who want to have glimpse of beautiful roses and other flowers at Raj Bhavan as the Governor's House decided to open its garden and lawns for visitors from January 8.

The garden will be opened for public from 2 pm to 4.30 pm till January 20. People can visit the garden on holidays and Sundays.

The Cactus House, Water Fountain, Musical Fountain, Ayurvedic Garden, Rose Garden and Deer Park will be the major attractions for visitors at Raj Bhavan.

However, the visitors cannot carry camera, eatables and other objectionable items including firearms, weapons, and alcohol based drinks inside the Raj Bhavan premises.

The highest footfalls are expected during the holidays and weekends.
