Bhubaneswar: Odisha registered 441 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, of which 75 infectees were aged between 0-18 years, informed the State Information & Public Relation (I&PR) Department here today.
The fresh cases were reported from 26 districts. While 253 positive cases were reported from different quarantine centres, 188 were the local contacts.
Total 69,414 samples were tested in Odisha yesterday, of which 441 persons were found positive for the deadly virus. With this, the Covid TPR stands at 0.63%.
Khordha district continues to be in top in the State in terms of single-day infections with 205. Cuttack district registered 37 fresh cases followed by Sambalpur district with 18 cases.
