Odisha reports 393 new COVID-19 positive cases; here’re details

Bhubaneswar: Another 393 persons in Odisha tested positive for deadly Coronavirus in the last 24 hours taking the state’s total count to 3,21,196.

Of the total fresh cases detected from 28 districts, 229 have been reported from different quarantine centres and remaining 164 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department.

Khordha district recorded highest 49 cases followed by Sundargarh district (45) and Mayurbhanj district (32).

Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 4,102 and recovered cases at 3,15,270.
