Bhubaneswar: The number of COVID-19 cases continues to decline in Odisha with another 644 persons testing positive in last 24 hours taking the state’s total caseload to 3,10,052.
Of the total fresh cases detected from all 30 districts, 371 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 273 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.
Khordha districts recorded highest 73 fresh cases followed by Sundargarh (62) and Mayurbhanj (59) districts respectively.
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 9,280 and recovered cases at 2,99,159.
