Bhubaneswar: Another 902 persons in Odisha tested positive for COVID-19 in last 24 hours taking the state’s total caseload to 3,07,906.
Of the total fresh cases detected from all 30 districts, 523 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 379 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.
Mayurbhanj districts recorded highest 88 fresh cases followed by Sundargarh (85) and Cuttack (70) districts respectively.
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 11,098 and recovered cases at 2,95,245.
