Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government promoted as many as 17 IAS officers in the state to the Selection Grade in Level-13 of Pay Matrix with effect from January 1, 2024.
As per an official notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department of Odisha Government, the 2011-batch IAS officers Arindam Dakua, the Director-cum-Additional Secretary of Drinking Water & Sanitation and Samarth Verma, who is presently serving as Puri Collector, have been promoted to the Selection Grade in Level-13 of Pay Matrix in IAS.
IAS Officer Reghu G, the Director at Technical Education & Training, Cuttack has been promoted.
Similarly, IAS Officers Ashish Thakare, the Collector of Keonjhar; Khordha Collector K Sudarshan Chakravarthy; Revenue & Disaster Management Additional Secretary Susamarani Devi; Odisha Language, Literature & Culture Director Dilip Routrai; Consolidation & Settlement Commissioner Surya Madhaba Panigrahi; OMBADC General Manager Sudhakar Burgi; Co-operative Societies Registrar Uddhaba Chandra Majhi; Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare Additional Secretary Jyoti Kumar Lakra; ST Director with Additional Charge of Additional Secretary of ST &SC Development Indramani Tripathy; Board of Revenue Financial Advisor Subrata Satapathy; Director of Inquiry at Office of the Lokayukta Trilochan Pradhan; Water Resources Director Alok Kumar Kar; Secondary Education Director Susanta Kumar Dash; and Nabarangpur Collector Kamal Lochan Mishra were promoted to the Selection Grade in Level-13 of Pay Matrix in IAS with effect from January 1, 2024.
With the promotion, the IAS officers are allowed to continue as their respective positions in the Government of Odisha.
