Bhubaneswar: The downward trend in COVID-19 cases continues in Odisha with the daily tally dropping to 2,106 in last 24 hours, according to State Information & Public Relation (I&PR) Department today.
Of new cases, 324 infectees were in 0-18 age group, 1,229 infections were different quarantine centres and 877 were the local contacts.
While the highest number of cases was reported from Khordha district with 429, Sundargarh and Cuttack were placed second and third in terms of daily infections with 219 and 145 respectively on Saturday.
