Odisha sees slight drop in daily COVID cases with 9,833 fresh infections

Bhubaneswar: Odisha today witnessed a slight drop in its daily COVID-19 cases with detection of 9,833 fresh infections during the last 24 hours.

Out of the total fresh cases detected from all 30 districts, 972 are children belonging to 0-18 years age group.

Khordha district reported highest 2,946 fresh infections, followed by Sundargarh (1134) and Cuttack (774).

With this, the state’s total caseload today further surged to 11,87,295, including 89,702 active cases.
