Ace Odisha sprinter Dutee Chand today bagged gold at 100 m event during the third leg of the India Grand Prix athletics series held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi.

The Rio Olympian crossed the finish line in 11.30 secs to win the 100 m sprint. However, she missed World Championship entry standard of 11.26 secs by a whisker.

Merlin K Joseph from Kerala and Himashree Roy from West Bengal were second and third in 11.72 secs and 11.95 secs.
