Odisha Staff Selection Commission cancels prelims for recruitment of accountants

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has decided to cancel the preliminary examination for recruitment of accountants under the Housing and Urban Development department due to certain errors in Odia version of the question papers.

The OSSC has decided to cancel the preliminary examination (both English and Odia versions) for accountants under the H & UD department (Advertisement No. IIE-153/2022-7257/OSSC; Date-22.12.2022) held on April 23, said a notification issued by the commission today.

“The OSSC regrets the inconvenience caused to the applicants. Fresh date for preliminary examination for recruitment of accountants under the H&UD department would be announces shortly,” added the notification.
