Odisha: Student dies after falling unconscious during drill class

Bhubaneswar: A Class-X boy reportedly died after he fell unconscious during a physical education (drill) class in Sundargarh district of Odisha today.

The deceased has been identified as Md. Mohadis Nausad, a student of Sri Aurobindo Study Circle at Rajgangpur in Sundargarh.

The incident took place while Nausad was attending the drill class along with other students in the morning, sources said.

He was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Rourkela. However, he was declared dead on arrival by the doctors, sources added.

On being informed, the police have launched a probe into the incident.
