Odisha teacher caught while eloping with Class-X girl

Bhubaneswar: A school teacher in Odisha’s Ganjam district was caught while eloping with a Class-X girl today.

The teacher, posted at B. Brahmapur High School in Sheragada area of Ganjam, was caught by the villagers while eloping with a Class-X girl of the same school, sources said.

The villagers reportedly tied the teacher to a pole after rescuing the girl, sources added.

On being informed, Sheragada police reached the spot and took the teacher to police station for questioning.
