Odisha teacher in Vigilance net over DA allegation

Nabarangpur: Odisha Vigilance officials today raided several places in connection with allegation of amassing assets disproportionate to known sources of income against Subrat Kumar Choudhury, Assistant Teacher, Mundagada PUPS under Kosagumuda Block of Nabarangpur district.

The searches are being conducted at a four storied residential house situated near HDFC Bank, Nabarangpur; a residential house situated at R.K. Colony, Nabarangpur; Santoshi Infotech Computer Center situated at Main Road, Nabarangpur; double storied building located at Rangamatiguda, Nabarangpur; double storied building located near New Church, Nabarangpur and double storied building located at New Bandha Street, Nabarangpur.

Officers of Vigilance, Koraput Division are carrying out the raids on the strength of search warrants issued by Special Judge, Vigilance, Jeypore.
