Odisha: Travel history of fresh COVID-19 cases revealed

Bhubaneswar: The travel history of last four COVID-19 cases detected in Odisha so far were revealed by the state government today.

As per the Health & Family Welfare Department, case no. 45 is a 20-year-old youth of Golamunda in Kalahandi district. He came in contact with the first COVID-19 patient of the district, who had returned from Bahrain, on April 4. He later tested positive for the virus on April 9. He has been admitted to Ashwini COVID Hospital in Cuttack.

On the other hand, cases no. 46, 47 and 48 are a 37-year-old woman, 9-year-old girl and 5-year-old girl of Jharpada area in Bhubaneswar. All of them are close relatives of case no. 42 and tested positive for COVID-19 on April 9. They have been admitted to KIMS COVID Hospital here.
