Odisha: Two minor sisters meet watery grave in Malkangiri
Motu: In a tragic incident, two minor sisters drowned in a pond in Mukanapali village under Motu police limits in Malkangiri district today.
The deceased were identified as Mohini aged 5 years and Jeebani aged 2.5 years. They were the daughters of one Ogala Ganga from Mukanapali.

As per reports, when mother of the two deceased was busy cutting crops at her farmland, the two girls were playing nearby. Later they went closer to a pond near the farmland. The duo accidentally fell into the pond and drowned.
After receiving information, police reached the spot and sent the bodies to the Kalimela hospital for post mortem.
