Odisha: Wanted criminal surrenders before Khordha Court

Khordha: Dreaded criminal Prakash Nayak alias Chhota, who was wanted in several illegal activities in Khordha district surrendered before the court here today.

Sources said the criminal was involved in crimes, including illegal stone quarrying and brown sugar racketing.

Several cases are pending against Chhota at various police stations in Khordha and he was on search radar of the Special Task Force (STF) of Odisha Crime Branch since a month, said an official.

Following the arrest, STF conducted raid at 3 places, including his house.
