Odisha Weather News: Thunderstorm, rain likely in these districts today

Bhubaneswar: Several districts of Odisha are likely to experience thunderstorm and rainfall today, the Regional Meteorological Centre here forecasted.

Thunderstorm with lightning very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Gajapati and Ganjam today, the Meteorological Centre predicted.

“Light to moderate rain/ thundershower very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Gajapati, Ganjam, Nabarangpur, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and dry weather very likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha today,” it added.

Temperature Forecast: No large change in maximum temperature (day temperature) during the next 5 days over the districts of Odisha. It will be above normal by 2 to 3°C at a few places over the districts of interior Odisha during next 4-5 days.
