Odisha: Woman, 2 daughters found dead inside house, husband missing

Jharsuguda: A woman and her two minor daughters were found dead inside their house at Fatakapada in Brajarajnagar area of Odisha’s Jharsuguda district, today.

The deceased have been identified as 28-year-old Sony Poddar, her 5-year-old daughter and her 3-year-old daughter.

Neighbours spotted the bodies this morning and informed the police, following which the matter came to fore.

The incident became more mysterious as Narayan Poddar, husband of the woman, went missing. It is being suspected that he absconded. Efforts were on by police to trace him.

Cops were yet to ascertain whether it is a case of murder or suicide.
