Phulbani: In what can be termed as a miraculous escape, a woman delivered a baby in a car that met accident killing three persons and critically injuring ten others near K Nuagaon in Odisha's Kandhamal district today.

According to reports, the mishap took place when a Tata Sumo SUV fell off a ghat near K Nuagaon resulting in death of three persons.

However, a pregnant woman who was on board the vehicle delivered a baby inside the car after the accident.

Both the newborn and the woman are reportedly safe.
