Angul: Body of a married woman was found inside a well at Madhapur village under Bantala police limits in Odisha's Angul district today.

The deceased has been identified as Sangeeta Sahu. The woman's father has alleged that his daughter was murdered by her in-laws over dowry demand.

Police have recovered the body and sent it to the District Headquarters Hospital for post-mortem.

A murder case has been registered into the incident. Cops have detained the husband of the woman for questioning.
