Odisha woman shines in Saudi Arabia

Jubail: Jubail Toastmaster club of Area 17, Division L, District 79, has carried out Youth Leadership Program for the 19^th consecutive year on 10th December 2022 with great fanfare here. With a theme of empowering and self-developing the next generation by 3Ps-Prepare-Practice-Perform, the program was articulated with international speech contest, evaluation of speech contest, table topics speech contest and debate competition. As many as 25 students from 9^th to 12^th standard from different countries participated in the program for 75 days.

Kunkun Das, from Odisha, a teacher by profession, a member from Jubail Odia Community, Utkalika, coordinated the whole program as a Chief YLP Coordinator. Around 80 senior members, voluntarily guided the students to groom and to become future leaders of society. Badruddin Abdul Majed, the CEO and managing Director of Universal Inspection Company Ltd graced the closing ceremony as Chief Guest. He advised the students to be sensitive and empathetic citizens of the world.

Senior members of the club, DTM Ajay Kumar Das, president Gulf Odia Association, TM Sudeep Singh, the president Jubail Toastmaster club, DTM Imteyaz Khan, DTM Jamil Akhtar and DTM Sadagopan guided the team to make the program a grand success. The District Director DTM Rami Jawad, District PQD DTM Shridhar, District CGD DTM Shekhar Tiwari also graced the occasion to inspire the youths. The key note speech “Our Mind, Our Life” by an eminent eloquent Speaker DTM Perinayaham was very meaningful to entire audience. There were about 300 people who graced the occasion.
